TowerWise has no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics and no ads. The tower data is bundled inside the app, and everything you save (favorites, notes, ratings, checklists) stays on your phone.
Nothing. TowerWise does not collect, transmit, store or share any personal data. The developer runs no backend and no database, and has no way to see what you browse, which towers you save or anything you type into the app.
Your favorites, star ratings, notes, asking rents, viewing checklists, unit-checker choices and calculator inputs are saved in the app's private storage on your phone. They are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them.
TowerWise asks for your location only when you tap the location button on the map, and only to show where you are among the towers. Your location is used on the device, is not stored by the app and is never sent to the developer. You can say no and use every other feature, and you can change your mind at any time in your phone's settings.
If you turn on rent-renewal reminders, TowerWise schedules local notifications on your phone from the contract end date you enter. The date stays on your device. No push service or server is involved.
To draw maps and show what's around a tower, the app talks to map providers directly from your phone. These requests contain the map area or the tower you're looking at, never anything about you. Like any internet connection, they reveal your IP address to the provider that answers.

Some buttons, such as Street View, "search nearby", directions or the official DLD Rental Index, open another app or your browser. That only happens when you tap them, and from then on that app's or website's own privacy policy applies.
The building information in TowerWise is compiled from public sources: OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), Dubai Land Department open data, Wikidata/Wikipedia and Overture Maps. It describes buildings and places, not people. It may be incomplete or out of date, and TowerWise is not affiliated with DLD, RERA or any developer.
Everything TowerWise keeps lives on your device. Remove a favorite and it's gone; delete the app and all of its data goes with it. Since nothing reaches us, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf.
TowerWise is meant for adults looking for a home, and it collects no data from anyone, including children. It contains no ads and no in-app purchases.
If this policy changes, for example when a future version adds a feature that needs data, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date before that version is released.
